This is a beautiful, secluded spot right on Six Mile Creek. The cabin is well furnished with extremely comfortable beds and upgraded linens. Loved having a washer/dryer available. Right behind the cabin is a large meadow with chairs for enjoying the absolute peace and quiet of this place. It is situated below Emigrant Peak and the views from here are just spectacular. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Stayed for one week in early June.

A great cabin to rent in Paradise Valley. We were so busy exploring we totally underused the property but it was very comfortable and had great amenities.

After spending a week in mid-June at the Emigrant Guest House in Pray, Montana, I didn't want to leave. The setting 'on 6 Mile Creek, surrounded by majestic mountains tucked away on 20 acres, is spectacular. The 2 bedroom guest house is cozy and charming with tasteful furnishings, a well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Everything was squeaky clean. A perfect get-away where you can sit outside on the rolling lawn listening to the creek, looking at the sky and just relaxing. The owner/host, Lucinda, can point you to great restaurants, shops and local events and you're less than 30 minutes from Yellowstone. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to one and all.

I stayed here in June for a week with two friends. We found the beds very comfortable and the cottage very clean and well appointed. The shower is wonderful. There was mice evidence in a drawer the first day, but NONE after that—mice problem solved! There's a really cool bat box attached to the cottage outside the back door so if you stand at the back bedroom window just after sunset you can watch the bats exit and fly off to hunt, hundreds and hundreds of them. It's really quite dramatic and charming. We went for daily walks and I photographed birds, especially enjoying the bluebirds at their nesting boxes. (Brush yourself off before entering the cottage. We brought a few ticks back before we realized we were in tick country. They prefer deer and only hitch rides on your socks or jeans. They are easy to shake off.) I recommend the cottage for a peaceful, gracious stay in a beautiful valley. The creek is RIGHT THERE bordering the property. Have a great stay : )

A little slice of heaven for this city girl! Escape to the real Montana and enjoy "roughing it" in this picturesque and peaceful cabin furnished with everything you need + the most amazing views -- no extra charge!! The beds are sooooo comfortable, and the cabin is newly redone and spiffy clean. The owner is a sweetheart who will help you with whatever you might need but leaves you completely alone otherwise....always felt very private with the fence between the two houses. Loved walking for miles every day with only birds and deer accompanying us, and it's such a quick, beautiful drive to Yellowstone. Would recommend it to anyone and hope to return often. You will have such a relaxing, peaceful, and gorgeous time in this seemingly remote paradise but with great amenities like a washer and dryer and wifi....whooo hoooo, who could ask for more?!! Enjoy, but please leave us some dates to return to this wonderful place!!
Beautiful location and comfortable

The cabin location is end of road solitude and really quite beautiful, but is also right at the end of the owners driveway, and close to the owners house with cars and trucks arriving daily immediately in front of this cabin and the main bedroom. The owner was very nice and helpful, and provided us a cooler and crock pot as needed. The cabin was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The beds were newer and very comfortable for sleeping. The seating was also comfortable. The linens were good quality and made the stay nice The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cookware but don't expect any basic food items such as cooking oils, spices, or condiments. The shower worked well as did the washer/dryer The general location is great. It's 8-10 minutes drive to Emigrant with a couple of restaurants and a general store for supplies. Must try the Wildflower Bakery for great homemade pastries, cookies, and goodies, but also try the great breakfast and lunch and some of the best BBQ ever. Really good BBQ! Chico Hot Springs resort is close by, and the great cowboy town of Livingston is 30 minutes north while YNP is only 30 minutes south. For a factual review you need to know there are lots of mice and flies - our stay was in late May/early June. We set two mouse traps every night and every morning we had two mice. For us it was not a big deal but my wife freaked a bit the first night we saw a mouse run under the sofa she was sitting on. Hey, that's Montana, but we also saw lots of deer and other wildlife on the property and nearby too. Overall a good stay but proximity to driveway activity and the mice made this a 4 not a 5 for us.
Great Cabin for Yellowstone!

We didn't know what to expect, but this place is outstanding! The owner came over and greeted us and said to let her know if we needed anything, and then wished us well when we left, and gave us privacy in between. The cabin is perfect for a family of 4, about 35 minutes from the north entrance of Yellowstone, and just beautiful. It's clean, comfortable, and recently updated (very tastefully I might add). And it's scenic all around. A wonderful base for your Yellowstone adventures!
