BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This beautifully appointed townhome is the best of both worlds in Bozeman. It’s close enough to our historic downtown to bike or drive to easily, but it’s nestled at the edge of town, with walking trails and mountain views out the back door. All four bedrooms have a private patio or balcony, so if you want to relax at home you’re all set up! The owners have brought their love of wildlife and wild places to this home, and you’ll get to enjoy the special treasures that they have collected over the years, including things like antlers and artwork. This is not your average townhouse.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: Legends Townhome has four bedrooms, each with its own private balcony or patio. There are three and a half baths. The master bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed and a full private bathroom with two sinks and a large double-headed shower. There is a small flat screen TV and double doors out to a back patio. The other three bedrooms are on the second level and each has a private balcony. The first has a queen bed and an en suite bath with a shower. The second room has a queen size bed and the third has two twins. These rooms share a bath with tub and shower. This bath is attached to the queen room and accessible to the twin room via the hallway. There is a half bath on the main level and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN/DINING: A beautiful open kitchen awaits you! The chef in your group will love the easy layout of the kitchen and the high-end stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, granite slab counter tops, great supply of small appliances, and very good quality cookware and serving ware. There is a bar counter for chatting with the cook, and the dining table is just off to the side. There is also a gas Charbroil Commercial grill for your outdoor grilling. There’s a round dining table that will seat eight comfortably. Just a few feet away is the kitchen bar, which seats six.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is open to the dining and kitchen areas, with a beautiful gas-fired rock fireplace and a flat screen Smart TV and cable service. A cozy leather couch and overstuffed chairs are situated to enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace. The home is equipped with board games, movies and books about the area.

SETTING: Legends Townhome is within the very nicely done new Legends at Bridger Creek neighborhood at the edge of Bozeman. The developers did a great job linking the property into our community trail system (perfect for walking, biking, birding and even cross country skiing), and making it an attractive neighborhood. From the one of the queen bedroom’s balcony upstairs (perfect for evening cocktail hour) you get some mountain views.

AIRPORT: You are 2 miles from Bozeman’s Main Street and 10 miles from Bozeman International Airport.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Besides hiking, biking and skiing on “your” trails, you are just across the road from Bridger Creek Golf Course, the best public course in Bozeman. You’re just 14 miles from Bridger Bowl Ski Area and a few more from Crosscut Mountain Sports Center. There is fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer. Just down the road towards Bridger Canyon are the M and Drinking Horse trails. Yellowstone National Park North Entrance is only 80 miles away!

Perfect for Bozeman/Bridger Bowl weekend

Stayed here for a long family weekend. We loved the house! Great size, very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen. Location was perfect! One small complaint was there were not enough towels in the master (just one of washcloth) and no shampoo/soap for the showers. All in all a fantastic place! We will definitely stay here again!

We went to Bozeman to be with my son on Mother's Day. I was able to take my mom, husband and daughter and stay in one place. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. I personally loved all the antique furniture. This was my first time staying in a VRBO. It was very nice to come back to a home after being out in the day, be able to cook meals when you are tired of eating out all the time, and to just sit and relax without having to sit on a bed. I would stay in this place again in a heartbeat.

Perfect for a large family gathering

Overall

Our family celebrated an early Thanksgiving at the Legends Townhouse and it was a perfect place for us. Nine adults and two dogs were easily accommodated. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we could have hoped to have cooked. There was nothing that we were ever missing. We had our cross country skis with us and walked out the back door to ski on the trail behind the house and over at the golf course. We look forward to celebrating together again here. Thank you Mountain Home for making it so easy. Love the app with all of the info for the house in one place.

We had an excellent time. The townhouse is well located. Backup to a green belt area, with a stream behind, love the fact that we can go out for a walk or a long hike. Quiet area.The townhouse is clean and spacious. It has all the amenities. I like the fact that we all have our own bathrooms.

This home was perfect. Spacious, clean, well-located. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Grill on the back patio came in handy. Easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay here again if we get back to Bozeman.

A Home Away from Home for Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful stay here for our family. In this home, we were able to cook and serve Thanksgiving dinner for 7 people! This place was so much what we hoped for and more! On Thanksgiving Day, we were able to hike the "M" which is just a short drive from this home. We also enjoyed walking the dogs on the nature path behind the home. We can't thank the owner and property manager enough for getting us back inside after we accidentally locked ourselves out! We would definitely stay here again!

I really shouldn't write a review, for I'm afraid that once it gets read I may get beat out of renting it by someone else, the next time I visit Bozeman. This was an amazing townhouse. Clean, spacious, great location, quiet, oh, and did I say spacious. We enjoyed that we weren't in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Bozeman, but still close and convenient to the many offerings the town has to offer. For skiers, it's close to Bridger and not that bad of a drive to Big Sky. To quote the Cyberdyne Systems series T-800 Model 101 ... "I'll be back"

This was a fabulous place for our family to gather as we celebrated my Dad's 90th birthday in Bozeman. There was enough room for my siblings to come over and share meals and laughs. The garage and laundry room were perfect for the skiers. The layout was perfect for my children and grandchildren. We could be together, and yet each have our own 'space'. The only downside was no ESPN, which is only a problem if you are big college football fans during bowl week but everything else was so great, it is 5 stars all the way!
