Beautiful valley setting North of Bozeman with amazing views of the Bridger Mountains.
Great fishing out the back door on the East Gallatin River.
Five bedrooms and three full baths accommodating a max of 8 guests.
This home rents for 7 nights or longer. ( Five nights stay or longer are allowed October, November and December 2022)

NOTE: Property rules: Parking restriction of 4 max cars. No parties or additional guests allowed, no RV's or trailers, No fires, smoking or pets.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This spacious five bedroom home is located just ten minutes from downtown Bozeman and 6 miles from the airport! With gorgeous mountain views and a river in the back yard, what more could you ask for?

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: This home has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On the main level of the home is the master bedroom with king size bed and private bath. There is one more bedroom on this level with a queen size bed and its own full bath out in the hall. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, two of these bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom is set up with two twin beds. The three upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom, with tub and shower at the end of the hall.

KITCHEN/DINING: This fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook up some good meals for all your guests. In additional to all the cookware and serving ware you will need, there is tons of space to spread out if you are really cooking up a feast. You will also find a good spice cabinet and a gas grill outside for barbecues. There is a breakfast area off to the side of the kitchen that seats four, plus the dining room table which seats ten comfortably. Built in cabinets for dishes and a pass through between the kitchen and dining area make entertaining a breeze.

LIVING ROOM: The home has two living areas for your group to spread out. Downstairs is the main living area with some great seating areas to hang out, relax and talk about your days' adventures. Upstairs is a second family area that is set up as the "TV room" with cable TV or just another area to play games, read a book, etc.

SETTING: River's Bend Retreat is located on an amazing three acre property just seven miles to downtown Bozeman. With the river winding its way through the back yard, there is an amazing 500 feet of river frontage! Unobstructed views of the Bridger Mountains from the back deck is nearly all you see.

TOWN/AIRPORT: It's only 6 miles to the Gallatin Field airport and Belgrade, which has quite a few restaurants and a couple good grocery stores. Livingston is 32 miles away and Big Sky is 50 miles from the home.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Besides fishing before breakfast, there is horseback riding, rafting, golf, tours of Yellowstone National Park and everything that the towns of Bozeman, Belgrade, Big Sky and Livingston have to offer.

Couldn't have had a better time catching trout with my two boys, ages 5&7, while my wife and teenage daughter cooked in the kitchen and enjoyed drinks on the porch watching us reel them in and splash through the river! Was a great house and very clean. It also had plenty of good dishes, utensils etc to make it easy for us to cook meals everyday. We will be back asap :)

River’s Bend Retreat provided an incredible stay for me and my extended family. We loved the rural location, yet we were close to downtown. It was a perfect getaway.

We enjoyed a very nice week at the River's Bend Retreat. Two retired couples for the whole week, joined by two more younger ones for a couple of days. Great days on the stream - it's awfully nice to have a place you can get on for just a couple of hours at a time without having to 'make a day of it'. Great location. Nice fall weather. Wildlife all around. Enjoyable throughout. The owner's obviously take great pride in their home and have it well stocked and equipped for the guests. Definitely recommended and probably a spot for a return visit.

Beautiful home and property! The perfect Montana experience for my friends & family. Lots of space in the home for people to relax. Loved the heated floors. Comfortable beds. Easy access to the airport & Bozeman. Would definitely stay at the property again in the future.

The home was spacious and accommodating. The Gallatin was steps away. Deer wandered by and drank from the river. Bozeman and ski resorts close. Beautiful house, reasonably priced.

Back to Bozeman to meet 6 other college friends and enjoy a long weekend of football, fly fishing, hiking and evening card games. your place was just right. Had everything we needed! clean comfortable ... perfect for our group!

We were 4 middle aged guys on a yearly fishing trip. We have stayed in all sorts of places on trips over the years but this was the best set up by far. Plenty of room, a great back porch and grill for steaks and margaritas in the evening. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the Mountain Home folks were awesome.

The River Bend Retreat was wonderful! I used the house as a staging ground for my wedding (we got married in Bozeman and had the reception just a few miles away at the Big Yellow Barn). It was very easy to book through Mountain Home Vacation Rentals and they answered all my questions prior to our stay. Finding and getting into the house was easy using the app provided. The house itself was beautiful and spacious--a perfect place to prep for all of our wedding events. It was large enough for the bridal party to all stay in one spot, making communication much easier. The kitchen was well stocked and everyone slept well in the beds. The whole experience was great, but the best part was waking up to sunrise on the river! Beautiful!
