BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This newly built townhome is nestled in a quiet neighborhood about ten minutes from downtown Bozeman. Surrounded by sidewalks this area is an ideal spot for walking pets and strolling, visiting the beautifully kept parks close by, or exploring plenty of nearby trails heads with hiking, biking and walking accessibility. The layout of the house offers plenty of room to have your own space, including a small office, two living areas and three bedrooms.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS:The Palm House has three bedrooms located on the second level. As you walk up the carpeted stairs just inside the door, there are two bedrooms to the left of the hallway, the first with a full bed and the second with a double futon. These two bedrooms share a nice full bathroom with a tub shower. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a king size bed and large window, a master bath and a walk in closet with shelves and a door.

Across from the painted mural of Van Gogh’s Café in the dining room are sliding glass doors leading outside. The kitchen is an extension of the dining room with black granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the dining room and kitchen is a hall way with a half bath, and a separate laundry room leading to the garage.
