Description

This immaculate Bozeman home is perfect for a memorable vacation or an extended stay. With high-speed internet and cable TV, you'll have all the amenities you need, along with central air conditioning for your comfort. Please note that this is a strict NO PET property.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Located two miles from Bozeman's Main Street, this home offers easy access to a range of fantastic local restaurants. You can also rent bicycles and pedal to downtown Bozeman for a fun day out.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The home features three bedrooms and an additional bonus room upstairs. The master bedroom on the main level boasts a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. There is also a half bath on the first level. Upstairs, the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom off the hall. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other has two twin beds.

KITCHEN/DINING: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. From stainless steel appliances to a great supply of small appliances, the chef in your group will be well catered for. There's even a bar that opens up to the dining and living room, so you can chat with the cook while they prepare your meal. You'll also have access to a gas barbecue for your use. The dining area adjoins the kitchen, with a dining table that seats six guests.

LIVING ROOM: This home's open living area is connected to the kitchen and dining area, making it easy to socialize and spend time with your loved ones. In the living room, you can relax by the fireplace with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There's also a bonus room upstairs with a couch and television, complete with cable.

AIRPORT: The Bozeman International Airport is only 10 miles away.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: From hiking and mountain biking in the nearby Bridger Mountains to fishing, golf, white-water rafting, and horseback riding, you'll find no shortage of things to do. Bozeman and Livingston offer a range of attractions and activities to suit all tastes. And if you're up for a scenic drive, Yellowstone Park North Entrance is 80 miles away.

This house was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed in it. 10 minutes away from anything you need including food, groceries, or anything else you might need. This house is perfectly located about 25 minutes away from bridger bowl where we skied over the week. The full kitchen made preparing dinners and lunches extremely easy. Would highly recommend staying at this amazing house.

This very comfortable home was ideal for a holiday weekend ski trip for 6 of us. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and an open plan kitchen/sitting area for gathering and enjoying the fireplace. Excellent location convenient to shopping, restaurants, Big Sky, Bridger Bowl and Chico Hot Springs. Two thumbs up from Team Fugazzi.

This home was perfect, spacious, clean and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the windows, fireplace on a cold rainy day, kitchen counters and eating areas. We found everything we needed inside the house and the location made for easy access to work on our rental home in Bozeman and the highway. The park across the street and snow capped mountains were a beautiful view. It was just at the end of the COIVD and we felt much safer here than staying in a hotel. Myself and our adult son was able to work in place upstairs in the spacious rooms. Thank-you

We came to Montana to visit family. The house was unlike any other rental (and we travel a lot!). It had every need. From stocked toiletries to a crockpot and baking dishes, this rental had it all. I was able to cook as if I was at home.We LOVED that the TV was in a separate room, we spent the week playing games and interacting with each other (hard these days with teens and young adults on their phones).It was also very clean and tastefully decorated.This will be the only rental we use when visiting our family!
