This home has beautiful furnishings, amazing views, lovely privacy, and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. Our family enjoyed the location and proximity to Mill Creek for fly fishing, enjoyed multiple trips to Livingston and Bozeman to eat and shop, and of course, Yellowstone National Park. During the high heat days(of which we had quite a few!), the house did reach uncomfortable temperatures indoors in the late afternoon even with the creative use of "Montana Air Conditioning" (closing windows and shades to hold the cooler night air in), I would suggest some fans for relief from the heat. Also use of the firepit would be a real plus. Thanks for the use of your home. We really enjoyed it!

Christmas at the Mountain Sanctuary

My family of five (and dog) loved our Christmas stay at the Mountain Sanctuary! It was a wonderful place for all of us to get together away from any other distractions and spend time as a family. We have always loved Chico Hot Springs and that was our main reason for picking this vacation rental. We visited Chico every day, it was a short 10 minute drive. Almost every morning there were deer out the window, there was also an abundance of elk tracks too but we must have missed them by a day. The view of the mountains from every room was breathtaking. We picked up groceries in Livingston and the rental provided everything we needed to cook every meal there. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a get away close to Chico.

We enjoyed spending our family Christmas here. We took a few trips to soak in the pool at Chico, played games, watched Christmas movies, cooked together and had great family chats. This is a beautiful location and home. Thanks for sharing. The Brainnards

My family and I stayed at this house for only 3 days but I wished that we had a longer time there. The house is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The views are wonderful all around and it is a very secluded and privet location. The kitchen was so well equipment that I asked at one point if Raychor Ray lived there. It is a wonderful home and I would recommend it to anyone. The only negatives is that it does only have "Montana AC", which does work most of the time but got a little uncomfortable on a day that was very hot and it is a bit far from the entrance to Yellow Stone.
