BRIEF DESCRIPTION: As you pull up to the driveway of this charming, 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home, it won’t take you long to realize all the fun, outdoor adventures and activities to be enjoyed right outside your door. This is a pet friendly home situated in a comfortable neighborhood. Bring your dog along as you explore hiking and biking trails nearby. The popular trails to the College M are well known and can be spotted from your back porch! The beautiful Bridger Creek Golf Course is just a over a mile from the house. The unique and trendy stores of downtown Bozeman offer a variety of shopping opportunities. For skiing adventures, head to the Bridger Bowl Ski Area.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms at Northview: one bedroom has a king (downstairs), one with a queen, and another provides a bunk bed for two people (both upstairs). The master bedroom has all the necessities including a 45” TV with cable, and a king size bed. The master bedroom has an en suite, two sink bath and the upstairs bedroom shares a full bath.

KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, along with a gas range makes for easy cooking and cleanup. Equipped with every kitchen necessity and a basic stocked pantry, the kitchen makes for a great gathering spot for all meals.

LIVING ROOM: Lay on the comfy couch and make yourself at home as you unwind in the large, spacious, living room. There’s a 65” TV with a Blu Ray Player, DVD player, Netflix and cable so you can watch your favorite shows. There is also use the stereo system that features Spotify and Pandora. You can even use the gas fireplace in the winter.

SETTING: This house sits in a quiet neighborhood and faces fantastic views of the Bridger Mountains. The covered back porch is a great place to entertain friends and cook out on the grill. This 1,850 sq. ft. home is the ultimate place for both a restful and adventure filled vacation.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Story Mill Park is a short walk away, with 60 acres include the park, playground and fun biking trails. It’s also a short drive/bike ride to Glen Lake recreation area with more tails and open space to enjoy. Rivers nearby for fishing include the Gallatin and East Gallatin. Downtown Bozeman is a short drive away with lots of shops and restaurants to visit.

AIPORT/TOWN: Downtown Bozeman is about 2 miles away. Bozeman’s Gallatin Field Airport is the nearest airport and is 11 miles away.

Perfect for us for a 2 month ski vacation. Great location; quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, clean, modern, well-furnished; garage was very useful. Good size for our needs. This was our second stay and would choose it again.

Northview is in a great location - close to town, and to the "M" and Drinking Horse Trails. The house was nicely appointed, sported a fantastic view and had everything we needed. Jacob, Lisa and the rest of the team at Montana Vacation Rentals were responsive and provided useful information about activities nearby. We hope to return next summer!
