Allison Konkel – Owner
Allison is the co-owner of Mountain Home and brings over 20 years of experience in the vacation rental and hospitality industry. With a deep understanding of both guest experience and homeowner relationships, she has helped shape Mountain Home into a trusted name for thoughtfully curated stays across Southwest Montana.
Based in the Bozeman area, Allison is deeply connected to the Montana lifestyle that draws so many guests to the region. She loves the wide-open landscapes, endless scenic drives, and the timeless charm of the Old West. Outside of work, you’ll find her spending time with her horses and dogs, fishing, camping, and enjoying the outdoors with her family.
Blaine Konkel – Owner
Blaine is a co-owner of Mountain Home and plays an active role in the day-to-day operations, especially when it comes to maintenance and problem-solving. With a background in construction and a hands-on upbringing on a farm, he’s known as the team’s go-to handyman—always ready to jump in and get things done, often with a bit of lighthearted wit along the way.
A Montana State University graduate with a Master’s degree in Finance and a former rodeo athlete, Blaine brings a unique blend of practical skill and business insight to the company. Based in the Bozeman area, he enjoys spending time with his horses—training, riding, and continuing his connection to the rodeo lifestyle. Outside of work, he values time with his daughter and making memories with his nieces and nephews.
Lisa Orr - Property Manager and Office Manager
Lisa serves as Mountain Home’s Property Manager and Office Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience and an unwavering dedication to the team, homeowners, and guests. Her deep knowledge of operations and genuine care for the business make her an essential part of what keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Based in the Bozeman area, Lisa finds the most joy in Montana’s quiet, open space, especially when she’s out fishing and able to fully disconnect and take in the beauty of nature. Known for her strength and resilience, Lisa has faced and overcome cancer twice, all while continuing to show up for her team with heart and determination. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her dog and being outdoors whenever she can.
Ashlee Stewart - Guest Services Associate
Ashlee is a Guest Services Associate with Mountain Home and has been a valued member of the team for several years. With a background in property management, she brings a calm, thoughtful, and grounded approach to her work, helping ensure each guest experience feels seamless and welcoming from start to finish.
Known for her friendly presence and steady demeanor, Ashlee plays an important role in creating a supportive and positive experience for both guests and homeowners. She brings a unique perspective to the team, along with a deep appreciation for hospitality and service.
Ashlee enjoys Montana’s small-town feel and wide-open spaces, and loves spending time with her family and embracing life under the Big Sky.
Trinity Atterson - Guest Services Associate
Trinity is a Sales & Guest Relations Associate with Mountain Home and brings a thoughtful, guest-first approach to her role. With a background in customer experience, she enjoys helping guests feel comfortable and confident as they find the right home for their Montana stay—whether that’s a cozy downtown retreat or a scenic escape near Yellowstone.
She is known for her friendly, welcoming nature and her ability to connect with people, creating a positive experience from the very first interaction.
When she’s not working, Trinity enjoys exploring Bozeman’s local coffee shops, spending time outdoors, and working on creative projects. She values being part of a team that helps guests experience the beauty and authenticity of Montana.
