The third and fourth bedrooms both have queen-sized beds and share a full bath on the east end of the house.

Additionally, the property has a laundry room, half-bath, and second refrigerator for extra supplies. Guests should note that security cameras are located on the exterior of the home and maintenance personnel may be present on the property due to the large size of the ranch.

SETTING: While the property is part of a conservation easement and bird sanctuary, it does not restrict guests from enjoying Montana's outdoor activities. No fishing is allowed on the property. However, the Yellowstone River is only five miles away and offers some of the best fishing in the state. It's not uncommon to come across wild residents such as elk, deer, antelope, coyote, foxes, various birds, and maybe even a bear.
