Overall

We started our journey in California stopping at various sites and staying in a different motel every night. We were so glad to get to Livingston Montana and spend six nights in one spot. The only problem was we wished it had been longer. It was the perfect place to relax, and still go out and sightsee.Sitting out on the patio overlooking and hearing the sound of the river was very relaxing. The house itself was spacious and very well attended to. We had deer come to the backyard and in the front yard. It was so quiet you could really destress. it was also fun watching the magpies in the morning. The restaurants in town also were not disappointing. We plan to go back for two weeks next time.If you wish to fish, watch for wildlife and glorious sunsets, this is the place to go.

This is a beautiful home located in an exquisite spot on the Yellowstone River. The home is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. It's also in a good location to venture out and around Paradise Valley, Bozeman and Yellowstone National Park. We will be back!

What a great spot (great view, lots of wildlife) and perfect layout for two couples to reconnect after too many cancelled reunions! Bedrooms on opposite ends of the house allowed for a nice amount of privacy, the breezeway was a fabulous spot to hang out when it was too windy to sit in the comfy fire pit area. The well-appointed kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to prepare gourmet meals (ate out only 2x in our 5-night stay). Being from FL and having packed light despite trip length, the other couple very much appreciated the upscale washer/dryer access too! If we had any criticisms, it would be that the bathroom showers and some of the cookware could have been a little cleaner. All in all, highly recommend the house, the location, and especially Mountain Home-Montana Vacation Rentals as they were incredibly excellent and supportive to work with. We would definitely use them again!

Beautiful home with everything you need plus more. Yard offers relaxing porch to sit back and relax while enjoying the views of the river. House is clean, comfortable, well maintained. Location is perfect; easy drive to Gardiner, Bozeman, or just enjoying the Livingston area. Highly recommend! Thanks for giving us great family memories!

Overall

This home was amazing and the views were spectacular. This was our first time in Montana and we were not disappointed. We were blown away with the open spaces and beautiful views of the mountains. The home itself had everything you would need for a great vacation. Yellowstone National Park was so amazing as well. If you ever get a chance to go to Montana and visit Yellowstone you won't be disappointed. If you love the outdoors this is for you. We will definitely be back. Also the local eateries won't disappoint either. Great food thru out.
