Central air-conditioning will be available for the summer of 2023, adding to the many desirable features of this stunning 1890s home.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The main floor of the house boasts a bedroom with a king size bed, while the upper level has three more bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a full size bed and a large private bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms have queen size beds and share a full bathroom with a claw foot tub and antique fixtures.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, an electric stove, and a microwave, and is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and seats eight guests comfortably. A laundry room and a half bathroom are located on the other side of the kitchen.

LIVING SPACE: The living room is a cozy and inviting space, with ample seating and tall windows that let in natural light. You can gather around the large wall-mounted TV to stream a movie, although please note that the fireplace is not available for use.

SETTING & OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Situated in the heart of downtown Bozeman, the home is just two blocks away from Main Street with its exciting range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Outdoor amenities include private off-street parking in the alleyway and a wide porch at the front of the house complete with comfortable furniture for taking in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood.

CLOSEST AIRPORT: Bozeman's Gallatin Field Airport is only 11 miles away, making this an easily accessible location.

NEARBY ACTIVITES: There are plenty of nearby activities to enjoy, such as hiking, biking, and trail running, as well as fishing on the East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers. You can also enjoy horseback riding, rafting, and all the other exciting things that Bozeman has to offer. Bridger Bowl Ski Area and Crosscut Cross-Country Ski Area are just a 17-mile drive from the home, while Big Sky is about 45 miles away. Additionally, the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park is a mere 80 miles from the home .

Please note that this is a historical property and you may encounter box elder bugs during your stay. However, these insects are harmless and common to this type of home.

Location, location, location! If you want to walk to everything in downtown Bozeman this is your place. The home is fully stocked! It is a vintage home so you should expect all the charm that a vintage home has. The only recommendation we had was to add screens to upstairs windows. It was very hot upstairs and we didn’t feel comfortable opening the windows at night without screens. Maybe adding a fan to each bedroom would be great! We loved this house and our stay here!
