Elk Crossing is a cozy mountain retreat just 8 miles from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park, offering stunning views of Lionhead Mountain and easy access to a wide variety of outdoor adventures. Whether you're exploring Yellowstone, hitting the trails, or relaxing on the deck with mountain views, this home is the perfect base camp for your Montana vacation.

Up to 2 dogs are considered with owner approval and a pet fee. Please inform us at the time of booking of the number, age, weight, and breed of the dog(s) you are planning to bring.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Set in a peaceful vacation home neighborhood just west of West Yellowstone, Elk Crossing offers 1,700 square feet of living space, an open floor plan, and panoramic mountain views. With national forest trails just minutes away, Hebgen Lake nearby, and Yellowstone Park right down the road, you'll have endless opportunities to explore. The home includes an attached two-car garage—ideal for gear or snowmobiles.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
- Primary Suite – King-size bed, private deck access, mountain views, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rainforest shower and large jetted soaking tub.
- Second Bedroom – Queen-size bed, located on the opposite side of the home for added privacy.
- Third Bedroom – Two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.
- Shared Full Bathroom – Tub/shower combo located between the second and third bedrooms.

KITCHEN & DINING
- Fully Equipped Kitchen - including a smooth-top electric range, ample cookware and serving ware, and extras like a crock pot, blender, and electric mixer.
- Dining Table – Seats 6 comfortably.
- Breakfast Bar – Additional seating for 4.
- Back Deck – Outdoor dining table and BBQ grill for alfresco meals with a view.

LIVING ROOM

We had a fantastic stay! The house is so comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, mixing bowls, cutting boards, etc. The jacuzzi and fireplace were really nice amenities. There's cross-country (XC) skiing right out the door, and is only about 10 minutes away from Rendezvous and another XC ski area. It was also really nice to be able to park vehicles in the garage. The owners are incredibly nice and communication with them was easy. Would definitely recommend!

Really nice house. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. Great location; close to town and Yellowstone entrance. Would certainly rent again in the future.

Clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the fireplace. We were able to see two yearling moose eat from the kitchen window.

Very comfortable and convenient to West Yellowstone. House was spotless. Only negative was a bird's nest under the eaves outside the door onto the deck. The bird poop attracted so many flies we couldn't use the deck at all. Overall, a very nice place to stay

Nice home about 15 minutes from Western park entrance and 10 minutes to West Yellowstone town. Nicely equipped and furnished, as clean as pictured and helpful extras like laundry detergent. Highly recommend for up to 6 people. Team at Mt. Home is great to work with -- very responsive. We arrived in WY early and Mt. Home gave us access at 4pm vs. 5pm which was much appreciated.

This property was wonderful! It was everything described and more! It is beautiful and very well equipped. Linens, dishes, kitchen were all first class. We appreciated the attention to details like night lights, lip balm and body lotion in bathrooms! It was so delightful to sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful view! Its proximity to Yellowstone made it even better.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Being out of the town allowed us to see the countryside, the beauty of the Aspen trees and a mule deer outside the kitchen window early one morning. Since we did have a few rain showers during our stay, the attached garage was extremely helpful when loading and unloading the car. This is a property that we would recommend to our friends and anyone else traveling to West Yellowstone.

I've stayed at another house and this one was just as great as the last! Clean, close to town, and well-kept! It was filled with snow around and it looked awesome...they plowed it and we're from Texas so fell in love right away. The set up was perfect and plenty of room! I want to stay here again...the drive in to the great town of West Yellowstone was a straight shot...again...loved this house and close proximity to Yellowstone! Can't wait to stay again.
