BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This spacious 5 bedroom home is situated in an enviable location south of Four Corners en route to Gallatin Gateway. It's proximity to Bozeman provides an opportunity for a night out, while it's great location puts you just 42 miles from Big Sky. The neighborhood boasts walking trails with scenic views of the Spanish Peaks in the distance. Additionally, Bozeman Hot Springs is a short drive away.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: Elk Grove comprises a master bedroom with a king bed, his and hers sinks, and a beautifully tiled shower on the main floor. Adjacent to it, there is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath that includes a shower/tub combination. A third bedroom with a queen bed and desk is also located on the main floor. Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a shared full bath in the hallway with a shower/tub combination. Every bedroom has a spacious closet.

KITCHEN & DINING: The recently remodeled kitchen at Elk Grove is a chef's dream with ample counter space and a full assortment of appliances, utensils, and cookware for culinary adventures. The bonus bar and open concept of the space are perfect for entertaining guests and creating an inviting environment for everyone to relax and socialize with the chefs. The bar area blends seamlessly into the dining area which seats eight and boasts plenty of windows providing natural light.

LIVING SPACE: The open concept extends to the living room, making it an ideal space for family gatherings. A large flat-screen Smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace provide entertainment and warmth during chilly nights. Downstairs there is a second living area that features a large flat-screen TV and two game consoles (Xbox and PS4). A huge couch anchors the space and is perfect for a movie night or game night. In addition, there is even a ping pong table available for entertainment.
For remote workers, Elk Grove provides two office spaces, one on each floor. The upstairs space has a small desk and couch, while the downstairs space features a larger desk setup that spans three walls with plenty of storage.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Elk Grove's outdoor space features a spacious stone patio with outdoor seating for six and a gas grill. A pergola shades the space in the summer and the fully fenced backyard sits on a quarter-acre lot.

CLOSEST AIRPORT: The Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is 12 miles from the home.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Excellent fishing opportunities on the Gallatin River are close to the home, while hiking trails abound in the Gallatin Canyon to the south. The neighborhood's walking trails provide stunning views of the Spanish Peaks to the south, making it an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts.

Exceeded our expectations. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and this home easily and comfortably accommodated 10 of us from out of state. Check in and out process was easy and all of the information from the Hospitality app was very helpful. Thank you

This is a well kept, well appointed lovely and relaxing home with some wonderful amenities for a family. We were a party of 6 adults and two children and were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need with plenty of nice tableware so preparing and eating meals there was a breeze. There are common areas to gather both upstairs and down, and the fenced-in yard was a great place for our grandsons to play as was the playground and little pond down the street. It is close to town, in a child friendly neighborhood and all the places we visited were within easy driving distance. This home helped make our visit to Bozeman very relaxing and pleasant with none of the stresses of renting from Airbnb. Thanks for a lovely stay, Mountain Home and Elk Grove.

Overall had a great stay. This was a last minute Christmas get together. The property management team was very responsive and helpful. The property itself was very well equipped and in good condition. We didn’t have any issues, once we were at the property. Nice walking trail nearby and relatively close to town ( ~12 minutes). Would stay here again on our next trip to Bozeman.
