BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This cozy, comfortably appointed townhome is perfect for a group of 4 guests. It’s close enough to our historic downtown to bike or drive easily, but it sits right at the edge of town with walking trails and great mountain views right there. Walk to Story Mill park just a couple of blocks from the home. This is an amazing location!

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The home has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full private bathroom. It has a large closet and a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two twin size beds. The second bathroom is located off the hallway and has a shower.

KITCHEN/DINING: The beautiful kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare your meals. It has plenty of countertop space and nice appliances. There is also a gas grill on the porch. There’s a dining table that will seat four comfortably.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is open to the dining room with a beautiful gas-fired rock fireplace and a large flat screen TV with cable service. There is a cozy couch and leather chair plus two chairs situated to enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace.

SETTING: This house is located at the edge of Bozeman within blocks of Story Mill Park with walking trails and a large playground. One of our favorite coffee shops, Ghost Town coffee, is a short walk away. There is a great trail system right out the back door linking the home to downtown, the mountains, and beyond. In winter, you can walk to trails for cross-country skiing.

TOWN/AIRPORT: You are two miles from Bozeman’s Main Street and a 10 mile drive from Bozeman’s Gallatin Field Airport.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Besides hiking, biking, and skiing on “your” trails, you are just across the road from Bridger Creek Golf Course, the best public course in Bozeman, and you’re just 14 miles from Bridger Bowl Ski Area and a few more from Cross Cut Mountain Sports. The Bridger Ski Foundation maintains Nordic trails in five areas around Bozeman including Bridger Creek Golf Course just next door. There is fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer. Yellowstone National Park is only an hour and a half away.

Quiet sanctuary with abundant nature

I stayed at Par Court for a month and was very sad to leave. This property is a cozy sanctuary and afforded me the respite and restoration I very much needed. The accommadations themselves are very comfortable and stylishly, yet warmly inviting. It is very well appointed---you will want for nothing during your stay. The outdoor space is perhaps where this property truly shines, however. It is located on a corner lot with a large back and side yard that look out over a bike path, nearby field (lively with the sounds of ground squirrels), trees and shrubs, and ample lush grass. There is some very faint road noise, but it is very faint, and almost always drowned out by the chatter of the birds and the whistles of the ground squirrels.Frequent visitations by local wildlife such as deer, rabbits, and a variety of birds set this spot apart from others---it is something special. The neighbors are wonderful as well. They are both friendly and helpful. The same can be said for the rental company, who proved to be professional, friendly, and responsive.I was also able to meet the owners of the property, and they are lovely people who seem dedicated to providing quality accommodations and experience. They have been very attentive to the property's maintenance, and have in fact make upgrades, such as planting additional trees and shrubs (not, I believe, pictured as of 06/19).My only real disappointment was leaving.

Very nice condo and the location with many trails close by makes it the best. We are staying here again next year
