BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Introducing Winter House on Rouse, a brand new luxury build located in the heart of Bozeman's downtown district. Spanning over 3,000 square feet, this elegant residence boasts an open floor plan with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and two incredible living room spaces.

Dogs are considered with owner approval and a fee. Please inform us at the time of booking of the number and age/weight/breed of the dog(s) you are planning to bring.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: The master suite, located on the main floor, features a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and large walk-in shower. The lower level has two bedrooms each with a queen bed and share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower accessed via the hallway. The top level has two bedrooms, each room has two queen beds and share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo accessed via the hallway. There is a washer and dryer in the hall closet on the top level. Additionally, there is a half bathroom off the kitchen.

KITCHEN AND DINING: The kitchen provides everything you could need to cook up a chef's dream meal! All brand new stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and bakeware are provided. There is bar seating at the kitchen island and a dining table that seats up to 6 guests. Additionally, there is a kitchenette on the lower level which provides extra cooking space and dining options. The dining table on the lower level can also convert into a pool/ping pong/poker table - great for entertaining! Step outside onto the back deck to grill up a feast on the pellet grill.

LIVING ROOM: The living room on the main floor is open to both the dining area and kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows offering an abundance of natural light. There is a second living area on the lower level with an electric fireplace and a 85 inch 4k Sony UHD TV with Dolby surround sound, perfect for watching the big game or movies! Both living areas have incredibly comfy sectionals for everyone in your group to gather around for a movie night.

SETTING: Located just a few blocks north of Main Street, Winter House offers easy access to the heart of Bozeman including lots of shopping, fine dining, and local activities. Additionally, the fairgrounds are just a short stroll away, hosting numerous local events and a weekly farmers market during the summer months.

Laundry: There are two sets of washer and dryers throughout the property. One set is upstairs and one is downstairs.

Exterior: Enjoy the pavilion located outside the property!

AIRPORT: Bozeman's Gallatin Field Airport is just 10 miles from the home, offering easy access for travelers.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: For outdoor enthusiasts, this prime location offers an array of activities to choose from including hiking, biking, fishing in the Gallatin Valley, and Yellowstone National Park is located only 80 miles from the home. In the winter months, guests can take advantage of nearby ski areas such as Bridger Bowl and Crosscut Cross-Country Ski Area that are both just a short drive away. The fairgrounds also offer shuttles to and from Bridger Bowl Ski Area during the winter season.

Beautiful home. Comfortable, well-appointed. Great location. Within walking distance to the downtown. Easy access to anywhere from the home. Love the open space! With 13 family members across three generations, the experience was warm & comfortable. We never felt crowded.

The house definitely accommodates large groups comfortably!

Overall

We had a great stay in Bozeman! We took the kids for a tour of Montana State and got to experience the town, college and surrounding area. The property was very clean and spacious for our two families (total of 6) and had more rooms and space to spare. Instructions ahead of time to access the property was simple. Walkable to town. My only suggestion is to offer soap in the showers and some basic cooking essentials, otherwise, this place met our needs and we will definitely be back.
