BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Wooded Bliss Two is a great base camp for exploring the Yellowstone area and what an awesome alternative to a hotel room! It’s just 9 miles to the park entrance and is nestled in an aspen grove offering stunning colors to fall visitors! You’re surrounded by national forest trails for hiking, mountain biking, and snowmobiling and it’s just a short drive to a quiet cove on Hebgen Lake. For larger groups the other half of the duplex, Wooded Bliss One, can also be rented!

BEDROOMS/BATHS: The cabin has one bedroom and one bath. The comfortable bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a full bath with a stall shower.

KITCHEN/DINING: The bright kitchen has a gas range and oven, microwave, blender, electric griddle, and crock pot as well as a good selection of picnic and serving ware. There is counter dining for three as well as a picnic table in the yard.

LIVING ROOM: The cozy living room has a 32” flat screen 3D HD TV with satellite service, VCR and DVD player, family movies and a great selection of games and books for guests to enjoy.

SETTING: Wooded Bliss is in a woodsy vacation home neighborhood about 9 miles west of West Yellowstone, which is the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. It sits on one half acre and enjoys incredible views of Lionhead Mountain and other peaks along the Continental Divide. You’re likely to see elk, moose, and maybe even a bear in this beautiful wild area!

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Wooded Bliss Two has a west facing front porch with a porch swing for enjoying sunsets over the Continental Divide. There’s also a gas barbecue grill and a picnic table for your outdoor meals.

TOWN/AIRPORT: You are 9 miles from the town of West Yellowstone, 90 miles from Bozeman’s Gallatin Field Airport and 110 miles from Idaho Falls, Idaho.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: In winter, you can snowmobile right from Wooded Bliss and get onto hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails. If you prefer Nordic skiing, West Yellowstone’s Rendezvous Trails are a short drive away and you can explore Yellowstone Park by snow coach. In summer, there’s hiking and mountain biking right out the door, fishing on blue ribbon streams, boating on Hebgen Lake, and of course day trips into Yellowstone Park. There’s so much to do!

It was even more than I expected. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need, including cooking/baking supplies. . I loved the quiet area and beautiful view of the mountains. I spent my evenings on the swing on the porch.. The bed was wonderfully comfortable.. I would stay there again in a heart beat!

The cabin is located very close to the Yellowstone NP west entrance. It is equipped with all amenities you need, including all essential kitchen appliances, coolers for during your day trips and even bear spray! We had a great time and certainly recommend staying at the Wooden Bliss Two cabin!

This was a wonderful, quiet and comfortable place for my husband and I for our first visit to Yellowstone NP. It was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with many little helpful items that we didn't anticipate finding. The close entry to the park is excellent and the community of West Yellowstone has most things we were looking for, particularly restaurants. We loved the quiet neighborhood, comfy bed, hot water, and of course.........the relaxing porch swing was the icing on the cake!! The internet can be slow at certain times of day (especially evening), but we managed and most of the time we were able to get a cell signal from outside the cabin. Because of the vastness of Yellowstone, you really need a week to see a lot of it and we were grateful for this quiet comfy home-away-from-home after a lot of hiking. This was WAY BETTER than staying in any hotel room! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to rent your lovely space.

This was such a cute place to stay on our visit to see Yellowstone National Park. It was conveniently located and so well equipped. I had a difficult time finding it, but we arrived so late. Allison was so understanding when I called her so late for help finding the right place. Thank you for such an amazing stay!!

We had a wonderful stay, our favorite part was at the end of a VERY busy day, we would put on our bug spray (A MUST HAVE) make a cocktail and swing on the porch swing Heavenly. The bed is VERY comfortable, bring your own coffee, there are filters. There was a can of Bear spray that someone left, so that was a bonus for us, we carried it everyday but didn't need it. So we left it at the cabin for the next visitor. Shower was great hot water came quickly. Very close to West Yellowstone, we ate at Bullwinkles, highly recommend. The cabin was in a quite area again a nice retreat after busy days. I highly recommend for a couple.

We loved this quiet little retreat, which was perfect after long days of sightseeing in Yellowstone. It was just enough space for our family of three. We were close to some trails, and we enjoyed setting up the trailcam which took photos of wildlife nearby. Everything we needed and more was provided, especially in the kitchen, which was well stocked with staples and basic utensils. We would return here again!

We took this trip as part of our celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary. We wanted a place convenient to the Yellowstones but quiet. The cabin was nicely decorated. Everything was in good working order. We enjoyed our time there very much.

This cabin is in a very convenient location when visiting Yellowstone NP and Grand Teton NP. It is also situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any trouble finding it at all (our GPS worked!) It is furnished and well equipped to make a comfortable stay. It had enough kitchen utensils to make a hearty dinner after a day of exploring YNP. Also, it was a very pleasant surprise to get a courtesy call from the property management office the day after we arrived. I thought that was really sweet and made our stay even better. Really, the only things missing are a dishwasher and laundry. Minor issues when you have to weigh in comfort and convenience that this place provides.

Really well located and stocked little cabin. We had a lovely stay here and spent many day trips exploring Yellowstone National Park. Personally, I found the bed a little too soft but I know you can't please all the people all of the time! Everything else was perfect. I recommend breakfast at the Running Bear Pancake house but get there early to avoid a long wait for a table! Would love to come back some day.

Perfect location, perfect rental

This place was perfect for what we needed. Just outside of West Yellowstone so it's nice and quiet, in kind of a neighborhood of other cabins and homes. It is the backside/downstairs of another cabin but that was just fine with us. Great size for a few people and nice outside space for grilling and hanging out.

Wow, what a beautiful place. I originally looked at booking Wooded Bliss One but one of the things that put me off was the lack of reviews. By the time I decided to book Wooded Bliss One was unavailable but Wooded Bliss Two was available.Do not let the lack of reviews put you off.The property was gorgeous and really well equipped, in fact it was the best equipped self catering place I have stayed in, & I have stayed in a lot!The beds were comfy, there was plenty of hot water for the shower and the outside grill is on a covered deck so can be used in all weathers.It is approx a 10 minute drive to the entrance of West Yellowstone and it was lovely to be able to return to the cabin of an evening and sit of the swing chair watching the sun go down. The location is just so peaceful & tranquilI would highly recommend Wooded Bliss Two to anyone
