BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Built in 2007 this home has been meticulously maintained and is a great value for your Bozeman vacation or extended stay. A ten minute drive will have you on Bozeman’s Main Street and a variety of great local restaurants, or rent bicycles for a fun ride to downtown Bozeman. Boasting a chef's kitchen with ample natural light throughout, a living room with a gas fireplace, and open floor plan creates a cozy and relaxing environment throughout all the seasons of Montana. On summer days and nights, enjoy the outdoors with two covered porches, or nestle up to the gas fireplace during the cooler months. The home also has a small fenced yard. There is an apartment over the garage which may be occupied during your stay.
BEDROOMS AND BATHS: The home has four bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the main floor. On the upstairs level, the master bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in natural stone shower and freestanding Jacuzzi tub. The master also features a privacy upstairs balcony with a view of the Bridger Mountain Range perfect for coffee or breakfast to start your morning. Two additional bedrooms upstairs (one with two twins and the other a queen) share a Jack and Jill full bathroom. The remaining upstairs bedroom features a twin size bed. On the main level, a bedroom features a queen size bed with private entrance to a full bathroom and back yard deck.
KITCHEN: This fully equipped kitchen has absolutely everything you will need for any meal you have planned. From the nice selection of stainless steel cookware to the stainless steel double convection oven and gas stove, along with a great spice cabinet, this home is truly a cook's dream. Out on the back deck you will find a gas barbecue grill and comfortable seating for outdoor enjoyment.
DINING AREA: The dining area adjoins the kitchen, with a formal dining table capable of seating eight guests. There is extra seating at the island in the kitchen.
LIVING ROOM: This home has an open living area, connected to the kitchen and dining area. A comfy couch is arranged for evening conversation or watching a few movies on the television. The home has Dish network, and a large flat screen TV.
CLOSEST AIRPORT: It's about 15 minutes to the Bozeman Yellowstone International airport.
ACTIVITIES NEARBY: A beautiful park with lots of walking trails, covered picnic areas, and a stocked fishing pond is less than a 5 minute walk from the front door of this house. For workout enthusiasts, Bozeman's premier athletic club/spa is less than two miles away. Enjoy hiking and mountain biking in the nearby Bridger or Big Sky Mountains (both less than one hour drive), fishing, golf, white-water rafting, horseback riding and all that the towns of Bozeman and Livingston have to offer. Yellowstone Park is a beautiful 1.5 hours drive away.
