With its warm wood paneling and cozy lighting, the interior creates a lovely and inviting atmosphere perfect for enjoying a fine dining experience with you and your loved ones.

Shan

If you're craving Asian fusion, Shan is a must-visit. Owners Candice Lin and Jarrett Wrisley spent over 20 years living, traveling, cooking, and eating in Asia. When they settled in Montana, they felt compelled to bring their culinary experiences to Bozeman. This mountain tavern stands out with its Thai and Chinese-inspired dishes, crafted with locally sourced meats and paired with unique wines and craft beers. It's so impressive that it was a James Beard finalist for Best New Restaurant in 2024! You can enjoy dishes like lamb dumplings, green curry, Changsha cold noodles, and sticky tamarind ribs, all infused with Chinese and Thai flavors and a Montana twist. The ambiance is impeccably cool yet inviting, making it one of our favorite spots for a date or a dinner outing with friends.
